LEGAL NOTICE - TOWN OF SHERMAN
WARNING OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

The Historic District Commission of the Town of Sherman, CT will hold a Public Hearing at their Special Monthly Meeting on October 21, 2024 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in Charter Hall, 1 RT 39 North to consider the following application:

1. Public Hearing - Post Facto Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness: 9 Route 39 North (M: 77, L: 5) - Veteran’s Gratitude Tree, signage, wall and lighting in accordance with the Historic District Commission under Connecticut State Statutes Sec. 7-147d.

At these hearings, interested parties may appear and be heard and written communications received. The above files are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s office in Mallory Town Hall during regular hours.
