The Planning and Zoning Department provides clerical support facilitating the public in regard to land use in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Town of Sherman Planning and Zoning Regulations in effect with the following: Zoning Permit Applications, Special Permit applications, Lot Line Change Permit Applications, Subdivision Permit Applications, Zoning Board of Appeals Applications, Driveway Permit Applications, all new construction, demolition, renovations, additions, Accessory Apartment/ Accessory Dwelling Applications, new exterior mechanical installations, replacement exterior mechanical installations, fences, the keeping of property files, and other land use related activities.
