Description of Services and Fees:
Building Permits fees are based on construction Value as follows:
$30.00 for first $1,000 – Minimum fee
$12.00 for each additional $1000 or part thereof
$500.00 for Post Facto - Research, Admin Fees, Inspection
$100.00 for File close-Out for C.O.
