Sherman School Building Committee

The formation of the School Building Committee (SBC) was authorized by taxpayers at a Town Meeting on May 26, 2022. This twelve member committee is charged with overseeing repairs and improvements to Sherman School's facility and site, and was appointed by the First Selectmen per the Board of Education's 7000 Series of policies which guide the SBC's operations.

Members of the SBC include Kerry Merkel (Chair), Bob Gamper (Vice Chair), Joel Bruzinski (BoS), Don Lowe (BoS), Bob Ostrosky (BoS), Andrea Maloney (Town Treasurer) Christian Decuhna, Carrie DePuy, Dave Febbraio, Tim Laughlin (BoE), Matt Vogt (BoE) and Jim Best.
