Join certified yoga instructor, Paul Jaehnig for a session of gentle yoga at the Library.
The practice of yoga provides an opportunity for all to improve their physical and mental well-being. This yoga session will begin with a warm-up followed by a series of yoga postures or asanas, yoga breathing or pranayama and concludes with relaxation and meditation. The yoga session will be followed by refreshments and conversation.
This free program is held monthly at the Library.
