Mission
Becoming Like Christ and Making Him Known

The Sherman Church is a member of the Conservation Congregational Christian Conference (CCCC), a national association of evangelical Congregational churches.

 What you will find at the Sherman Church:

  • A warm welcome;
  • A group of believers in Jesus Christ, whose purpose together is to share God’s love within the church, in Sherman, and around the world through missions outreach;
  • The Bible, God’s Word, preached and taught;
  • Opportunities to grow spiritually and to serve: for children, Sunday School and Vacation Bible  School;  for teens, Youth Group, Confirmation and Bible studies;  for adults, Women’s Bible Study, other Bible studies, men’s breakfast, and Friendly Service craft group;
  • Music that glorifies God;
  • Childcare during worship services and women’s Bible Study.

From Sherman Center, go north on Route 39 North about 1 mile. Turn right onto Church Rd.  Go about ¼ mile.  Church building is on the right.
