Mission Statement:

The Director of Social Services is here to assist our Sherman residents in finding and linking people to resources to help in time of need at any age, whether an infant or an older citizen. Helping people help themselves is the focus of the social worker.

Below is a list of services available to Connecticut residents and the social worker /municipal agent has access to many of the forms needed to apply for the various programs available.
